Did you tried to install latest openssl update? Did you read threads related to this update and problem with it?

it's ok i fix it with KB
but i have the same probleme for plesk backup manager
and i can't install acronis true image module ....

Did you tried to reinstall python, python-libxml and backup manager packages?
 
Contact support team in this case. Seems there is something is seriously broken and it can be fixed only with direct access to your server and deep investigation.
