• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Resolved i have problem my websocket get 502

I am a new user of this hosting, and I installed it for a free trial time to make sure that my site works without problems, and then I can buy a larger plan, but I do not see direct support that helps me with my problems, so how can I guarantee this hosting upon payment? I feel resentful about that

Have you checked the error log of the website for the 502 error? It could reveal the reason why the file is not delivered.

So HTTP 502 is a bad gateway error.
HTTP 426 is upgrade required.

We need more information. You can look at the logs by logging into Plesk, going to Domains > yourDomain.TLD > Logs.

For the 426, it's possible that you're attempting to use a TLS protocol that isn't supported. You can check what protocols and adjust accordingly at https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/...able-TLS-protocol-versions-in-Plesk-for-Linux

As for getting support, it's pretty straight forward by going to https://support.plesk.com/ and choosing "Contact Support" that's listed in the middle of the page (you'll need to create a Plesk 360 account which is free to make). Please refer to https://support.plesk.com/hc/en-us/articles/213953025-How-to-get-support-directly-from-Plesk- for more details on getting direct support from Plesk.
