• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

New Pleskian
I honestly don't know where to post this but I need help resolving a problem.

Bear with me as I explain. I originally signed up with freepgs with multiple accounts. When freepgs were migrated onto the plesk servers my accounts were merged together with an annual maintenance fee which I just paid in December and it shows on my account.

I've had no problems until recently when I logged in and found that my subscription has been suspended. I had no email notifying me that this happened or explaining why or how I could resolve this. There are links for each of the subscriptions "switch to subscription" which gives me access to all of them except my main one. There I continue to get the message of the suspension but no link or way to find out why this happened or how to fix it.

Please help. Who do I need to contact?
