Question I need to restore a docker image from the last full backup.

Ubuntu 18.04 OS Ubuntu 18.04.5 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
Version Plesk Obsidian v18.0.47_build1800221003.11
I need to restore a docker image from the last full backup. Is this possible and if so how can I do this? Can I view the backup file and extract the docker image I need?
