Issue I see error from cron jobs. how do i fix it?

Server operating system version
almalinux rsyslog
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.56 Update #4
/etc/cron.daily/logrotate:

error: file rsyslog too large, probably not a config file.
error: found error in file rsyslog, skipping
error: stat of /var/ossec/logs/active-responses.log failed: Permission denied
error: stat of /var/ossec/logs/ossec.log failed: Permission denied
