Question I want to send email direct from my website to clients what do I need to do?

I'm trying to send emails from my website to clients with PHPmailer and it requires host, port, username and password please someone should help, where do I get these requirements from so that I will be able to send my email.
 
host: localhost or 127.0.0.1 or the public IP or the public hostname of your machine
port: 25
username: any mailbox (email address) on your server
password: the password of that mailbox
