• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Dear Forum users,

Sometimes we receive complaints from users who believe they were unjustly banned on the Forum.

If you are in such a situation, please do not submit the complaint through the ‘General Contact Us’ form. Our employees processing requests via this form have nothing to do with the forum and are not responsible for it. This results in time-consuming and an ineffective resolution of the issue.

In order to avoid such a situation, please register again and immediately comment this thread. I will open a private conversation where we can discuss your claim. I will review it and try to explain why your previous account was banned.

I want to say that there are no false positive in the antispam system. There is a reason for every ban applied by our system.

Thank you for understanding.
