Imagegallery problem after upload

Hey guys

When I upload with Multiple Upload, selecting -> Category1. The pictures shows up as duplicates in both Root catalog and category1.

I have to EDIT every picture and press OK to remove them from the root catalog.


Have the same problem on. http://sitebuilder4.demo.swsoft.com/

Bug ?
 
I could also reproduce this situation on my test server. As I know this issue has been passed to developers for investigation. As soon as I get any news, I will post it here.
