Resolved Import mailbox from google workspaces block ssh and plesk access

Hi,
I'm trying to import emails from a google workspaces account to plesk, after configuring everything, a "Preparing to start" message has come up and it doesn't do anything else. That was more than 3 hours ago.

The problem is that I cannot access through ssh or re-enter the plesk panel (timeout)

In the google account there were 1800 messages almost all just text.

The rest of the domains on the server are working fine for now and the plesk 360 monitor does not indicate any overload.

Apart from restarting the server, what else can I do?

It is a high performance dedicated server.

I add:

It has blocked my IP for SSH and Plesk ports.

From another IP if I can enter.

But in fail2ban my IP is whitelisted.

It's not in the firewall either.

where can i watch more?

Solved:

My IP had changed and I whitelisted it from plesk mobile.

But the problem is that I was still on the blacklist!!!!

Having more than 500 IPs blocked in the blacklist, I didn't see it.
