Question Import new emails account?

We need to install 500 new email accounts.
Is it possible to import the information for creation? and not to do everything by hand ...

I was too quick. Apparently, we can only import account by account
Is it possible to import / create with only one action?

Maybe with "inserts" in the database?

I suppose that you can use API call for the multiple mailboxes creation: Creating Mail Accounts

Is there API call to create Mailing list too? I don't find.
We have about 200 mailing lists to create...

If you did not find such an opportunity in this document, then it doesn't exist.
But it is in Onyx XML API documentation: Adding Mailing List
You can try, at least.
