• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
    If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Issue Importing Onyx fullbackup into Obsidian fails

Demmerle IT

New Pleskian
Hello,

i want to import a Onyx Version 17.5.3 (Ubuntu 16.04) fullbackup into a Obsidian Version 18.0.33 (Ubuntu 18.04) clean install. Both Web Host Edition.

I added the fullbackup via
Code:
PLESK_BACKUP_PASSWORD="xxxxxx" plesk sbin pmm-ras --import-file-as-dump --dump-file-specification /root/backup_2102020950.tar
to the Backup Manager.

When i try to restore from this backup, i get the following error for every customer:
An error occurred during customer account creation: Unable to set login or password argument: Do not use quotes, space and national alphabet characters in a password.
The password should be between 5 to 255 characters in length, and it should not contain the username.
I already have changed the security policy to low - no change.

Any ideas?

Regards
