Resolved Incremental Backup are very large

Hi.

Im using the option to create incremental backups every day and a full backup every week but the incremental backups are way to big to be incremental backups.

The full backup is 3,2 GB
The incremental backup is 1.5GB (about half a full).

So I got a incremental backups but it looks like the server creates a full backup of the email of de domains.
the manual clearly states:

• Mail data changed since the time of the last previously created backup (full and incremental).

Can someone tell my what to do to reduce the size of the incremental backup?

Hello. Incremental backup for mail content was added in Plesk Onyx. You refer to Plesk Onyx documentation. Plesk 12.5 always creates full backup of mail content:
Note: Plesk includes in incremental backups the data related to web, mail, and database hosting, but only web hosting data is backed up incrementally. In other words, only changes in data related to web are taken into account in incremental backups, while database and mail related data is included in full.
