Issue Install Magento2.4 manually

Dear,

I tried to install Magento 2.4.
When I launch ./magento setup:install, The installation is successfull but admin url not found on server and the domain show an error 500.
And, if I look upper into the console, I can see an error while installation...

Web Setup Wizard installation of "magento/composer-root-update-plugin" failed; unable to load

Composer.json and composer.lock weren't generated. But with some research and updates, I could generate it. Composer 1.0 is installed. And when I want to update him, I got this :

file_put_contents(/var/www/vhosts/welovewine.tk/www/bin/app/etc/vendo
r_path.php): failed to open stream: No such file or directory

So, the web setup error explain the 500 error or not all ?
