Install Plesk License using Plesk API :Unable to load key. Invalid key data

Hi,

I'm successfully got a Plesk Panel license for Windows using KA APi, but i failed to install this license using Plesk API RPC, as in

I got a PLSK.XXXXXXXX file, how can i get the Plesk key content required on the XML request from it

Follow the packet request
<packet version="1.4.2.0">
<server>
<lic_install>
<license> "key content" </license>
</lic_install>

</packet>

I try with the RSA key i found in the PLSK.XXXXXXXX file, but it etuned the follor error message
"Unable to load key. Invalid key data."
