Insterting Data into Database Thorugh Plesk?

Hello,

We've just moved our ecommerce site w/shopping cart to a new server using Plesk. However we lost about a weeks worth of orders (still in old database). Is there an easy way in which to insert the missing info by using one of the panels in plesk? I can download the missing order to a CSV from admin on our cart but I see no upload funcionality. I'm hoping I dont have to go digging thorugh FTP.
