Interface's login failed

I have this message when I try to logon with admin's user or other :
Fatal error: Access is denied. (Error code 5) at Connect to pipe in C:\Program Files\SWSoft\Plesk\admin\plib\common_func.php3 on line 3072

All other tasks (Statistics and backups ) are OK.

What's the problem ?
