After a simple reboot, when login to Panel I got:

Could you post any additional details about what led to such error? Have you upgraded straight from 10.4.4 to 11.0.9 via VZ templates? Did you have any messages related to aps in installation logs?

This issue was fixed. Please install MU#3 using autoinstaller.

I was updated:

PSA_11.0.9/microupdates/MU3/common/_usr_local_psa_var_fix_apsc_password


and Plesk is working again.
