Issue Internal Server Error 500 - Roundcube

Hello,

unfortunately we have the following error when we want to open webmail.*.de

500 Internal Server Error

[warn] [client 203.0.113.2] (104)Connection reset by peer: mod_fcgid: error reading data from FastCGI server
[error] [client 203.0.113.2] Premature end of script headers: index.php

The following solutions have already been tested without success:
