Internal Server Error

hi
i have problem with my site when it loads it shows this message.


The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.
Please contact the server administrator to inform of the time the error occurred and of anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

i set Connectionstring in Web.config and permissions but it has this error yet.

Any related errors from logs? Have you tried troubleshoot it with help of article http://kb.parallels.com/111289 at least?
