Internal SiteBuilder error.

I am unable to login site-builder, after the login details are entered it comes up with the following error message :-

We have php version 4.3.9 and site-builder 3.0.2.

Is this clean installation? Make sure that Sitebuilder database and user are created. By default Sitebuilder database name is 'sitebuilder3'.
Try to use 'sb_config' utility as a solution. More information how to use it check it documentation here:
