Internal Sitebuilder Error.

I'm getting this error when trying to edit one of my customers sites.

I checked the file site.xml and it is 0 bytes.

Out of curiosity I checked one of the other site.xml files and notice that it has something to do with site structure.

What do I do to fix this?

Site.xml file should be restored, for example, from backup if you have it, or manually accoridng to existing site.xml files as an examples for different site.
