I'm simply getting the error that my DKIM is not valid being that I've activated everything plesk officially.

Double check the DNS or if you just activate it just now? wait unitl it propagated.

Your entire DNS zone is pretty messed up. You have a MX record pointed to mail.velocidade.host however mail.velocidade.host doesn't resolve. You're also missing a WWW entry so that's not resolving either.
