I must change my plesk server(over 400 clients) and try some way for it.
now Iam trying 7.6.5 backup to restore 8.3 plesk server on my local and everything is fine!
is it possible ?

Retore from 7.6 to 8.3

Yes, this is possible. I was just force to do it and it worked great.

Plesk for Windows backup/restore does support restoration from previous versions.
