• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Question Is it possible to "batch move" domain aliases to different subscription?

Sergio Manzi

Regular Pleskian
I know it may seems a silly question, but I have a dozen of domain aliases (essentially parked domains) that I would like to move to a new subscription because I need the original one for different purposes.

The "simple way" is to just delete them from the original subscription and immediately thereafter create them in the new subscription, but as I'm a very lazy person, I'm wondering if there is any possibility to do that "in batch".

Please note the aliases *do not* have a 301 redirection and are served through SSL (Let's encrypt certificates). As for the latter aspect I'm quite sure I should generate new certificates, but this is not a big issue, thanks to the fantastic "Let's Encript" extension...

TIA,

Sergio
