New Pleskian
A general question this time: PLESK warns me that either the version or the addon of some customer is out of date.. should I update them? is it safe? (reminds me of that movie, the marathon man)

I've done this for my personal WP site many times and never had problems.

You can use Smart Update Extensions (paid). This extensions first simulates the updates, and as the simulation succeeds, then update Wordpress, plugins and themes.
