Question Is there any way to get backup after expired license key?

Hello,
My license key expired 1 day ago. Also I dont have a free trial key and from october 2024 (if I'm not wrong) we cant create license key anymore. We need to install plesk from zero for use free license. So this is the problem. I dont have access to my server's console and I dont have any ssh key or something because I'm using a hosting provider. But I need to access my website files and database files also email accounts etc. for that what I need supposed to do? I tried to connect my mysql server and actually it is worked. For now I have my database file's backup. But I dont have ftp account that's why I cant access to my website files. So is there any way to access my website mails and files without using ssh or is there any way to move all my files to another plesk server?
