Question Is This Spam Coming From My Server?

New Pleskian
I set up a new VPS server with my hosting provider about 2 weeks ago.

Recently, I have started noticing undelivered emails in my mail queue.

I do not have email inboxes set up on my domain, only forwarding email address. The main email addresses (eg: [email protected]) are publicly listed on the website.

This is what I see in the mail queue:

If I click on the "Undelivered mail returned to sender" this is what it presents:

Code:
Received: by plesk-[CENSORED] (Postfix)
    id 438382090A; Tue,  2 Oct 2018 09:11:39
Date: Tue,  2 Oct 2018 09:11:39
From: MAILER-DAEMON@plesk-[CENSORED] (Mail Delivery System)
Subject: Undelivered Mail Returned to Sender
To: [email protected]
Auto-Submitted: auto-replied
MIME-Version: 1.0
Content-Type: multipart/report; report-type=delivery-status;
    boundary="D58EA20A92.1538424699/plesk-[CENSORED]"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit
Message-Id: <20181001201139.438382090A@plesk-[CENSORED]>

Is this someone using my server to send spam, or is this someone attempting to send an email to one of my publicly listed email addresses, which is then bouncing back to them?

I'd be very surprised if my email or server has been "hacked" as these undelivered messages in the mail queue started appearing just a few days after my brand new server went live. I am the only one with server access and all logins are unique with very difficult passwords.

Any help is appreciated.
