Hi everyone,

I’m having trouble integrating an external tool for utility bill calculations with a web app hosted on Plesk. The connection keeps failing or taking too long to fetch data.

I’ve checked the server settings and firewall, but nothing seems to fix it. Has anyone faced similar issues with third-party tools? Any advice would be appreciated!
