PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:

When clicking on the database dropdown menu, the 2nd item shows "[item-action-undefined]"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:

1. Go to subscription
2. Go to Databases on right side
3. Make sure view mode is "Classic List"
4. Click on the hamburger (view more) dropdown
