PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
When clicking on the database dropdown menu, the 2nd item shows "[item-action-undefined]"

STEPS TO REPRODUCE:
  1. Go to subscription
  2. Go to Databases on right side
  3. Make sure view mode is "Classic List"
  4. Click on the hamburger (view more) dropdown

Thank you for your assistance. Bug is confirmed. ID: PPPM-6305. It will be fixed in future releases and microupdates
