I've created a few 301 redirects (they work fine) but... where are they?

I've created a few redirects in the control panel and hey are effectively doing 301 redirects to where they are supposed to.

Where exactly are the redirects configured? I've looked in every apache config but couldn't find them. I've only got one domain setup so far so it didn't take long :)

Any help is greatly appreciated.
