Make for All Subscriptions = > "Always assign one application pool to each subscription"

Make After Problem in IIS POOL => IWPD_number(domainname) Identity Problem (default iisuser)
but
change "IWPD_number(domainname)" to "LocalSystem" not problem, so fixed

I want how setttings make for "IWPD_number(domainname)" => Will no problem


How make settings for "IWPD_number(domainname)" ?

As an option you can put each website into a separate subscription and assign individual IIS app pool for these subscriptions.

Problem is authority permissions for iisusers?

I did not get where the problem is.
1) Is it on Plesk side (an empty, newly configured IIS website users' permissions)
2) Is it on your IIS website's side (existing IIS website users' permissions)
