• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

I'm running Plesk 8.1 Linux

I successfully installed Joomla 1.0.3 noarch rpm via shell access.

When I try to install Joomla via the Plesk Application Vault on one of my Domains it's giving me the following error:

ERROR: PleskFatalException

Site application tried to create a database without specifying a requirement in meta data XML

SiteAppPackageManager->installSiteApp(object of type SiteAppPackage, string 'domain', integer '32', integer '2', array, array, array)

Does anyone have a clue about this issue?
Thanks!

Honestly, you probably shouldnt install either one. Since those versions of Joomla have serious security issues. I know there are some people out there working on updates. Id love to update it myself, I just dont have the time
