Question Joomla Toolkit won't work!

Almalinux 9.2

Plesk version and microupdate number

Plesk Obsidian 18.0.54 Update #1

I installed the current Plesk version on a current server (Almalinux 9.2). After migrating from the old server to the new one, all Joomla installations were found. I just can't install new ones. as in the picture, the current joomla versions are not available for selection.
under Application Vault I can choose what I want. only wordpress is displayed here.
it worked perfectly on the old server (Centos 7).
Anyone have an idea what I can do?
