i can't the key install.
because i become the news over the webinterface (plesk 7.16):
"Die hochgeladene Lizenzdatei ist ungültig oder
enthält kein Lizenzkey"
in english short "the lizenz is wrong or isn´t a lizenz"
i have the lizenz from sw-soft.
by the firm sw-soft can me not help a people.

problems with keys can only be resolved by swsoft so cranky gave you the right answer. If sales does't reply fast enough fill in the support form from your sitebuildersite. their support team has been very fast the last weeks.

Also, make sure you unzip the key file before uploading. The SiteBuilder configuration, which includes the path to a zip archiver, may lead you to suspect it can decompress an uploaded zip file, but it won't for the license key, you have to unzip the key to a .key file and upload that.
