The error message I have from the plesk logs on windows server 2003 r2 event viewer

Unknown error 0xC00CE556 (COM Error C00CE556) at Unable to get site application information
at (RunTime::getSiteApps line 482)
Execute file name: C:\PLESK\admin\bin\keymng.exe

Which TCP/UDP port should I open for the keymng.exe to run?

Anyone knows? I would greatly appreciate it.
i am using plesk 9.01
I use ipsec on my server, only few ports are allowed to go out.
 
this is not listed on the documentation and plesk company is not answering this either. What's going on?
 
I have also the same problem, anyone found a solution?
