• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Language of AtMail ...

nucknuck

Basic Pleskian
I think I will get insane :)

Plesk 10.2 - language German - setting up a mail account, using AtMail for webmail.
Language of login interface is English.

If I try to log in I select German as language.

Result: English webmail interface

If I set it up in the AtMail profile to german the next log in is possible with German language, only the login interface remains English - but this doesn-t matter.

Problem: some customer can´t speak English.

Question: How can i manage it that new created email accounts have German as default language or how to get Atmail not to ignore the selected language at the login interface?

SQL querie is not a permanent solution for me because I normally don´t notice if a customer creates a new mail account.

Edit: at var/www/atmail/... folder I even tried to rename the language files and folders without a change - is there a cache or is there a second file that is used by plesk/atmail?
