• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Let's encrypt

RasmusG

New Pleskian
Hi,

I am new to plex and I have just set it up and tried to use Let's encrypt, however my site is still "Not secure" and when I view the license it shows this

However, I do not have this license in plesk, all I have installed in Let's Encrypt. I have selected Let's encrypt is hosting settings and 1 domain is using the SSL.

Here's an image: https://i.imgur.com/FZiibbD.png

Does anyone have any idea why it does this and how to fix it?

Regards,

Rasmus G.

@RasmusG I think that you are mixing up two different certificates. The screenshot that you provide shows the Let's Encrypt certificate for your domain. But you are asking for the server certificate. This is something different. Your domain ought to be secure, but you also need to create another certificate and secure the host and mail server with it. This can be done in Tools & Settings > SSL/TLS certificates.
