License error

i have plesk 9.5.2 on vps with windows server 2008 . when i upload my license it gives me this error :
Error: The license key is invalid. In order to use the Parallels Plesk Panel, please obtain and install a new functioning license key. The license key is intended only for use with Parallels Plesk Panel operating inside a Parallels Virtuozzo Containers virtual environment.
 
Did you checked your license key with your sales representative?
