  • Support for BIND DNS has been removed from Plesk for Windows due to security and maintenance risks.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

When i login to plesk it tells me, You are currently operating with a limited product license that requires registration prior to activating the full feature set. To update your product license select the Retrieve Keys option from within License Manager.
So then i go to retrieve key, and it says, Licensing Server Unreachable: Unable to connect with licensing server.
Please make sure that your network allows communication to ka.sw-soft.com:5224.

This is on 1and1.
Any ideas?
 
If you have a firewall, be sure to have port 5224 open. That's the port used by Plesk to "phone home."
