License Issue

    Ok weird problem I did some searching which yielded no results. But on my windows box when I restart and then once its up I receive a email saying that the license has been updated I log in and it goes to the default plesk license thats something like 0000.000.000 so I have to reload my key every time I restart. What would the problem be here anyone know?

    Really sounds strange
    But after you upload license via Plesk it works OK rigth?
    also you can check what key is actually installed when there is and when there is no problem http://kb.swsoft.com/en/2029

    I guess you need to make sure that port 5224 is not filltered anywhere in the net and Parallel's licensing server (https://ka.swsoft.com:2000/) is accessible.

    I am having the same issure. And when I follow what http://kb.swsoft.com/en/2029 says it dont have the registry folder pleskkey or anything in the plesk bin
