License Key - Plesk 9.x to Plesk 10.x

tupeu

Basic Pleskian
If you have a valid licence key for Plesk 9.x can you upgrade to Plesk 10 and use the same key?

If i update from 9.x to 10.x i dont want to get the message "this key is not valid"

There is no way back from Plesk 10.x to 9.x

Starting from PP 10 License Keys can be acceptable for multiple Plesk versions (PP 10, PP 11, etc) but not for previous versions.

Upgrade to 10 from 9 apears in update manager

In my Parallels Plesk Panel Updater I can now see an update option is available to 10.0.0 & 10.0.1. I have been running Plesk 9.5 for over a year now and my SUS expired 4 months ago.

If the new version is appearing in the Updater does that mean my licence will allow me to use the new software or will my Plesk panel shutdown after the upgrade because the licence is invalid?
