License Problems

Hi,

My Hosting Provider give me one key to use Plesk, but when i try to upload the key, i recibe this error:

Error: Unable to install the license key: the current control panel resources usage overrides the limits defined within the uploaded license key.
You are trying to use license key created for other version of Plesk Control Panel. Contact Parallels sales representatives to get the correct license key.

I tell to my hosting provider and this tell me that is correct the key.

What happens?

Please, do not forget to specify exact Plesk version you have installed and key number you wish to be applied.
