Licensing and SmarterMail Pro

Can anyone tell me if the SmarterMail Professional add-on you get for Plesk 7.5 for Windows is a standalone installer, with it's own license? I'd much prefer to run the mail on a seperate server to the web servers?

If you do get a seperate installer and license, what are the limits on the domains and e-mail accounts? Directly through SmarterTools, their Pro version supports 30 domains and 250 users.

Smarter mail has a standalone installer with it's own license, but if you install it to separate server, Plesk can't manage it.

That's a great point. Is there any way to set up 2 servers and load balance them, using the same licenses for all software?
