Load Data Infile

Hi, I have a client who is moving their site to our server. They have a tool that allows them to upload a CSV file for data importing. This tool uses the LOAD DATA INFILE command in MySQL, but generates this error:

The used command is not allowed with this MySQL version

I know MySQL needs to be recompiled in most cases to allow that feature, but is there an easy way to do this in Plesk 7.5.4?
