Question Lock Abonement via Console

Version 18.0.49 Update #2
Hey,

is it possible, that a customer can lock his subscription via console?
Greetings

Hi robinwolff,

I am not sure if your question makes sense:

You cannot login to the console via a customer account, but only with a hosting / subscription account.
So the user could login, and lock his subscription - which would mean that it will be synced again with his service package. But the unlock (and anti-sync) can also only be done as admin.

Or do you think about that a user can disable his subscription? This would mean that his SSH is also cancelled.

Let us know what‘s your goal
