Log Rotation stopped working after migration

Hi All!
Recently we migrated our server and accounts to a new machine (via Migration Manager). Since that point, it seems, are the log files building up.
Log Rotation was switched on, but apparently not working (log files of several GB).
Switching off and on, doesn't have a result.
Changin from threshold 50MB to Daily, didn't work.
Manually deleting and gzipping the .prozessed file didn't help.
Would anybody have an Idea what to do and how to fix this?
