Login error 500 + relocation error

SteTau

New Pleskian
Hi,

I'm running Plesk 11.0.9 on CentOS 6 and I'm receiving a 500 error when I try to access the login page.

I tried to run boostraper.sh repair command but I have the following error:
/usr/bin/sw-engine: relocation error: /usr/lib64/libboost_date_time-mt.so.5: symbol , version CXXABI_1.3 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference
ERROR while trying to SMB database not created

I'm not sure where to start to find a fix for that.
If someone could help me, it would be great.

Thanks.

Hello,

Thanks for the link however I'm not sure how it could fix my problem.

I checked the panel.log and I only have two really old logs from April.

I can find the the error I have posted in the "sw-cp-server" log file ("/var/log/sw-cp-server/error_log"):
013-09-20 13:33:56: (mod_fastcgi.c.1068) the fastcgi-backend /usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -d auto_prepend_file=auth.php3 -u psaadm failed to start:
2013-09-20 13:33:56: (mod_fastcgi.c.1072) child exited with status 127 /usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi -c /usr/local/psa/admin/conf/php.ini -d auto_prepend_file=auth.php3 -u psaadm
2013-09-20 13:33:56: (mod_fastcgi.c.1075) If you're trying to run your app as a FastCGI backend, make sure you're using the FastCGI-enabled version.
If this is PHP on Gentoo, add 'fastcgi' to the USE flags.
2013-09-20 13:33:56: (mod_fastcgi.c.1171) [ERROR]: spawning fcgi failed.
/usr/bin/sw-engine-cgi: relocation error: /usr/lib64/libboost_date_time-mt.so.5: symbol , version CXXABI_1.3 not defined in file libstdc++.so.6 with link time reference

Does it help?

The link I gave you would help resolve the /lib64/libstdc++.so.5: version `CXXABI_1.2' not found error.
Also that error also is UN-common and could require hands-on investigation!
