We cannot access our databases from plesk after I have disabled one of our domains, and after that we lost root access to all of our databases.

The site is down and gives this error "mysql_connect(): Access denied for user 2. the issue is there even if I enabled the domain back.

From the plesk-server –databases -mysql- I used to have root access to all of our database but at the moment it has been disabled.

I will appreciate any help and advice on this matter

If I check through
