Issue Magento 2 : Update pending

Hi ALL,

On my plesk version : Plesk Onyx 17.0.17

I installed MAGENTO 2 (2.1.0) from the application menu

I try to update 2.1.3,

I encounter 2 errors:

When I try to perform a backup :

When I update magento : Update pending

Do you have a solution to this problem?

The best way is to update form application menu not from magento
what OS is on server ?

Look in file manager in magento, all folders and files have group: psacln or is something else
look inside folders too
